What is it

 

The new innovative ATEbank Alerts Service, which is available since 19-05-2009, will enable beneficiaries to be informed in real time on all movements (debits, credits) made in their deposits account. For this purpose, an alert is sent by sms and e-mail, on any movement concerning accounts that are connected to the Service.

 

Who is it for

 

It is for all ATEbank clients who keep at least one deposit account and who have a mobile phone and/or e-mail access, regardless of whether they are subscribers to other e-banking services of ΑΤΕbank.

 

Advantages of the Service

 

Beneficiaries of the ATEbank Alerts Service shall have the possibility to be informed of the movements made in deposit accounts that are connected to the alerts service, through e-mail and/or sms (for retail clients) in the language of their preference (Greek/English).

 

The owner of current accounts of natural or legal persons shall be informed only through e-mail on the given accounts.

 

This new feature ensures a safer management of clientsaccounts, while providing timely information.

 

 

Types of alerts:

 

 

Daily Balance Modification of Account,

Total Debits and Credits

Information on the daily accounting balance and the total debits / credits of the bank account, at the end of each day.

 

                                               

Full update in real time of all bank transactions of account debit & credit

 

Update on any movement (debit, credit) made in their bank account, in real time and for up to 25 sms per month.

 

Scheduled and queued transactions through web banking

 

Update on transactions through ΑΤΕWeb Banking scheduled at a future date or queued (on hold) when these are executed.

Subscription Process

 

Retail Clients

 

All it takes for subscription to the ATEbank Alerts Service is the filling-in of a simple application at any branch of ΑΤΕbank.

 

Corporate Clients

 

Companies and personal businesses keeping current accounts shall be informed only through e-mail on the accounts that they will provide at their cooperating bank branch.
